Who we are

SysNetwork is operated by Lino Edgar González Estrada, who is accountable for the personal information collected through this website and acts as our privacy officer.

What we collect

When you contact us through the form on this website or by email, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.

For security, we also record the date and time of your request and the IP address it came from, to prevent abuse and automated submissions.

Please do not include sensitive personal information or payment details in your message.

Why we use it

We use your information only to:

• Reply to your request for information, a quote or a consultation.
• Prepare and follow up on the proposal you asked for.
• Protect the form against abuse and automated submissions.

By sending the form you consent to these uses. We do not use your information for marketing, newsletters or any other purpose without your separate consent, and we never sell it.

Who we share it with

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except when required by law.

We rely on service providers that process information only on our behalf and under our instructions: our web hosting provider, our email services and Cloudflare for visitor statistics. Some of these providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States and Mexico, where it may be subject to the laws of those countries.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we handle your request and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client or the law requires us to keep it longer. After that, we delete it.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies.

To understand how many people visit the site and which pages they view, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies or build visitor profiles; it processes technical data about each visit (page viewed, approximate country, browser and referring site) on our behalf only to produce aggregate statistics.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it. Send your request to info@sysnetwork.ca; we may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

How we protect it

Your information travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), is stored outside the public part of our web server with access limited to us, and is deleted when we no longer need it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the law or our services change. The current version is always on this page, with its date.
