Questions

Do I have to change email providers?

No. The relay works alongside Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or your current server. Your mailboxes stay where they are.

What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?

They are DNS records that prove an email really came from your business. Without them, Gmail and Outlook distrust your messages and it is easier to impersonate your domain.

Will email stop during the change?

It shouldn’t. We plan DNS and mail-flow changes so incoming mail keeps arriving throughout the rollout.

Can I get it as a monthly service?

Yes. The relay and filtering are offered as a monthly service, and the initial setup as a project. We quote based on the number of mailboxes and your email volume.
